Hmm.  Actually, I do spot several, now that I look.

Janus is Hostile to Laurence, who is Associated to him.  This is a 
function of his Servitors being charged with helping out almost 
everybody.

Perhaps more curiously, Jordi is Hostile to Michael, who is Associated 
to him.  I wonder what the reasoning is there; perhaps Jordi is 
influenced by his Alliance with Novalis.

Among the Demon Princes, Asmodeus is Hostile to Lilith as he is to 
most, and Lilith treats him as Associated, as she does with most.

Baal is Hostile to Kronos, who treats him as Associated.  I suspect 
Baal feels personally supplanted, and Kronos doesn't care as long as 
the War is won.

Kobal is Hostile to Valefor, who treats Kobalites as Associated (this 
relationship is illuminated in their writeups, in fact, now that I 
think of it).
