A lot of good comments here, but I was working short term rather than
long. Long term opinions on Oannes might conceivable be one or *maybe*
two steps worse than they are right now. Right now he is the returned
vulnerable Archangel and so would gather more sympathy. There are some
AAs that I think *might* be below completely neutral *long* term to
Oannes (as defined by Blandine's "Coldly Neutral" feelings toward those
she is listed as hostile to) or who Oannes might be below completely
Neutral to. Note that these are not all likely to occur, but just some
*less* that warm and fuzzy thoughts.

David toward Oannes: The Host has to stay together, you don't go off and
fight all by yourself. Note that this will be affected by the degree to
which Oannes "learned his lesson" and got help before facing off with
Belial again.

Dominic toward Oannes: Somewhat similar to David's feelings. He went off
on his own and got killed leaving his servitors behind, he needs to
watch out for them more.

Jean toward Oannes: As described by others, as an Elohite, he has issues
with those who lose control and let their passions rule them. OTOH, he
is neutral toward Gabriel and Janus, so he might let it go. OTGH, Oannes
is likely to support Jordi in issues. OTOGH, Jean has a very different
view on the World now than he did when Oannes was scattered.

Oannes toward Jean: He might view Jean's move away from Elemental fury
to be denying himself and may have issues with Aquaculture etc, as
described by others.

Oannes and Jordi: Depends on how much Oannes supports Jordi in opposing
Jean...

Oannes and Marc: Yes, travel on the seas helped trade thousands of years
ago, but they certainly didn't impact it quite as much. We might end up
with the oddity of Marc being associated with Oannes, but Oannes being
hostile to Marc.
