IN> Buying The Stairway To Heaven...

Inspired by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2yHNIzbBXI .

Just about every Prince in Hell has tried to re-create Lilim. Once upon a
time, in the dim mists of antiquity, Prince Mammon tried it with the Song of
Fruition and a suitable Hellsworn woman.

Didn't work, naturally.

The child was a mortal, and talented with contracts indeed... And with
that child's death...

...Well, as the mortal soul had met neither fate nor destiny, nor accepted
Infernal attunements or Forces, it was reincarnated.

But Contracts -- even of a much-lessened Prince such as Greed -- are
not always wiped away, and the girl still has hers. And it's this:

She _can_ "buy the stairway to Heaven." If she helps enough people
achieve _their_ destinies, she will have achieved hers -- whether she
does so knowingly and selfishly, or unknowingly, or selflessly. This
exception to the usual rules about destinies is likely to make people
stare at Yves with "WTF?" expressions, but since when has that fazed Yves?

Divine Destiny and Fated Future will both reveal this destiny. (What the
fate is... is up to the GM. Infuriatingly for demons, it might be that
only accepting Infernal soul-stains would do it...) At the GM's option,
they may even be able to figure out how _close_ she is to this goal.

Obviously, Fate Servitors want her dragged down. Greed Servitors want
her for their Prince. Destiny Servitors probably figure that helping
other people achieve their destinies is a good thing!

The young woman in question does not know of her exceptional destiny.
If she were told, she'd work on it! But are angels going to be comfortable
with someone getting into Heaven via apparent selfishness? (Khalid would
probably have a twitch-fit where no one was looking... Laurence might, also.)
They can help this person help others in ways that are more direct than
usual meddling in destinies must be; is that worth it? Is it _right_ for
them to go and find people's destinies and enlist this woman's aid in
getting them there?

Or they might not worry about it, in which case the GM should just throw
demon assassins at them, who're intent on whacking the brat or kidnapping
her and forcing her to Sign The Infernal Force Contract. Daddy Dearest
does _so_ hate to lose anything that was _his_, after all.
