Expense Account (Trade)

The holder of this Distinction has effectively
unlimited credit while on Trade's business.  If an
item can be purchased with money, the angel will be
able to acquire it somehow.  Credit cards will always
be accepted, checks will always clear, letters of
credit will always be on file at the appropriate
agencies; if nothing else will do, the angel can
always reach into his or her pocket and pull out
whatever currency is necessary to make the purchase. 
This Distinction cannot be used to simply acquire cash
- it is strictly for paying for existing purchases,
and specifically not for either bribes or rewards.  It
should also be noted that Expense Account holders are
subject to random audits of their purchases; Marc does
not entirely care whether the purchases ended up being
justified by events, but he does care whether or not
they were thoughtless.  He is also not especially
concerned with angels using this Distinction to ensure
their comfort, just as long as it ultimately served
neither Greed nor Gluttony.

Expense Account is a half-step Distinction, and is
sufficiently common that many angels will actually
raise an eyebrow when they encounter a Vassal of Trade
or above that does not have it.  The reason why a
Vassal might not have one is not necessarily going to
be bad, but it's probably interesting.
