Who else besides Wind would be capable of stealing the Word of Rapine
in the first place? Playing both Sides against the middle? Perhaps he
blames Heaven for allowing Oannes' death and Hell for perpetrating it.
That would certainly add depth to the deception of the Two-Faced One.
I do have to own that self-blame is popular among angels....
