Zadkiel, according to the GMG, became the Archangel of Protection in 500 B.C. But that's the only dated mention of her between the GMG & Rev 3.  So it's somewhat conceivable that she knew Oannes before his demise in 1627 B.C., personally, I'd vote against it. ...But there's nothing canonically (that I can find) to draw a hard line either way, at the moment.
