According to Superiors I, Laurence was formed "long after the Fall, not long before the coming of Christ."  50 B.C., to use the GMG.

Khalid, based on the Superiors 3 history, was created in 2000 B.C., so he's not only Laurence's older brother, but he had about 300 years to know the Archangel of the Waters.

There's not much said, but I'd imagine that Zadkiel and Christopher are the only other Archangels too young to know Oannes. 

(The extended write-up puts Litheroy's creation shortly after the Fall, so I'm guessing he knew Oannes.)
