It's an interesting question, considering that songs are more likely to be written in response to extremes of behavior. "Roger Young" was based on a real U.S. soldier whom almost everyone had written off (terrible eyesight and almost deaf even before he was deployed), but he saved his entire company when they were caught in an ambush. Any ethereals spawned by this song would put themselves under Michael's command, though in certain circumstances they would be wearing Zadkiel's colors.
 
I can't think of any songs off-hand that were written about spectacularly villainous characters, but that's probably got more to do with my preference for happy/weird ditties than the lack of such songs in existence. Anyone on the list with greater experience of folk music is welcome to chime in.
 
Of course, which whether or not Vapula would WANT to claim any ethereals produced from Oingo Boingo's "Weird Science" is an entirely different question...
