May I suggest:

Seraph: silver, because silver (the metal and the color) is associated with purity.
Cherub: iron, because of iron's use in armor (defense)
Ofanite: mercury, because of its liquid (mobile) aspect
Elohite: lead, because lead does not react easily to other substances and can be useful in places where another metal might not.
Malakite: gold, because gold is not easily adulterated and does not tarnish.
Kyriotate: tin.  (I could not think of a specific connection between either the real or the mythological characteristics of tin and those of Kyriotates, so they get tin because it's the only one left.  Assistance would be welcome.) 
Mercurian: copper, because it is associated with love and with the interface between the human and celestial (cf. Cyprus and Venus).
