Intriguing questions. I think Angelic Words tend to be broader in
scope than Infernal Words, thus risking Word friction more often,
while at the same time making certain a Wordbound candidate is
powerful and competent enough to support its new Word. Hell seems more
to use Darwinian evolution to temper their Wordbound. It seems more a
cultural preference than a language-based decision.
