Looking at the Demonic Rites, there isn't enough to do a series. Sorry :(
"Kill a human" - Saminga and Baal.
Since the Damned no longer have bodies and are too valuable to soul-kill, these Rites require work.
Samingans have probably found that they can trigger their Rite by ripping a Force from a Damned; thus the Force stripping described in H&H.
Warriors likely learn NC:Tongue so that they can ethereally 'kill' Damned opponents. The resulting Angry and berserk Disadvantages would make future combats more likely, furthering Baal's Word.
Shedite dissonance - the Shedite dissonance conditions only trigger when possessing a human. Shedim normally can't possess humans in hell, but don't need to. However, Vapulans can possess their Relics computers, Belialites can possess fire. If a corpse was enchanted as a relic and then brought to Hell, then a Samingan could possess that; I imagine that Abaddon has a number of these corpses for the use of but Shedim and Habbalah (who can animate the corpses).
As far as the denizens of Hell are concerned, the Shedite resonance is the ability to 'stun' humans.
Resonance backlash - only beings with more than 4 Forces can resist resonances, so stripping the Damned down to 4 Forces would prevent most demonic dissonance. Saminga may be smarter than we credit him as being. However, if stripping a Force is 'killing' for the purposes of a Rite, it would also trigger the Impudite dissonance conditions - hence their low status. Baalite Impudites could strip Forces off the Damned in combat, so 4 Forces might be the norm in Gehenna.
In Shal-mari, Kobalites would have to be careful to avoid being lynched. However, if they can avoid causing their fellow Impudites dissonance, they could 'practical joke' humans down to 4 Forces.
