No one is quite sure why, but occasionally Archangels show up in the
lists of Targets. While there are many theories regarding why they show
up ranging from Kobal's direct interest to relievers of Creation, no
additional effort is made to cancel those entries from the lists. Most
of the Archangels have shown up at least once except for Blandine and
Gabriel. One poor reliever has even gotten Eli's name every time he has
entered. Whether this means he should be in Eli's service or Dominic's
is still under investigation.
