For Celestials with this Discord, the machinery by which food is broken
down by their vessel has malfunctioned. If the Celestial goes for longer
after eating than the Duration in the Lilim table corresponding to
(7-Discord) without taking Insulin, they may suffer the consequences of
the Discord. For the consequences of the Discord, roll against Strength,
on failure add one level of either Diabetes, Gaunt, Sloth or Corporeal
Blindness. Only time spent on the Corporeal Plane counts toward the time
limit for the Discord.

Most of those suffering from Diabetes are Demons of Gluttony, but other
celestials have suffered from it.
