Sorry about the delay in posting, I've been a roleplaying con for the last few days.

The Rivers of Hell are described (appropriately enough) in Heaven & Hell; they have boxed text on page 84.

They're important for Hellish campaigns, not least because following their routes allows reverse engineering the layout of Hell and the locations of each principality.
