I hadn't thought myself confused by Perrin's initial comment, but I
was apparently mistaken. I thought the reference to the "Archangel of
Technology" meant to designate Vapula as a Habbalite. Figured he was
just describing the Genius Prince as he thinks of himself *shrug*....
