Sorry, the emphasis of my post was on the Archangel who was most responsible for maintaining Heaven's records, the implication being that God still has a few tricks up His sleeve that Lucifer hasn't seen yet and would therefore have a slight edge on the quality of available information. So, to directly answer your question (and after double-checking with online resources), I am referring to Jean.

I didn't take the opportunity to double-check the online roster of who is Archangel/Demon Prince of What, as I don't actually own the books at this time.
