You know, I was just thinking as I read this that it would interact in 
interesting ways with the Seraph of Creation attunement. Suggestion on 
synergy: a Seraph who has this attunement and reads that someone is 
giving less than their best effort can treat the performance as a lie 
for the purposes of their resonance -- so that they can learn, with a 
separate Resonance roll and a good enough CD, *why* the person is 
giving it less than their all.
