With respect to Acheron (the river of sorrow) and Cocytus (river of
lamentation), I think Acheron should run through or about Shal-Mari as
the souls there mourn the loss of temporal pleasures, and some might
even realize those pleasures (and the damned's obsession with them)
are what landed them in Hell so squarely;
Cocytus seems more appropriate for Asmodeus' realm, as lamentation
goes hand-in-hand with punishment, which is certainly The Game's
perview. Good job on placing the others!
