Mike was pretty specific that it didn't remove the Oath, it just made
the Malakite forget what it was.

As long as it wears off after a while, I'd say it's okay. If you want,
the demon might try adjusting the time interval like a Lilim requesting
a shorter (more intense) or longer (easier) Geas -- assign a time
interval after which the forgetting would wear off as if it was a usual
negative Geas, and the demon can increase this by a step and make the
target's Will roll one step easier, or decrease this by a step and make
it one roll harder. The longest interval possible would be six months,
while the shortest interval would be making the target forget for long
enough to perform a single action.

Regarding marriage, I'd say yes, the target forgets the vows --
however, if he still cares about his beloved, he wouldn't want to do
something to hurt them. Likewise, a Malakite who took an Oath not to
do something will still find doing that thing to be morally repugnant,
usually. This Attunement would be best used when someone has made a
promise begrudgingly, or to someone they don't much like. It would be
especially good for treaties between conflicting parties, or contracts
between businessmen with no emotional investment. Nicely demonic. "If
he really cared about this relationship, the vows wouldn't have
mattered... would they?"
