What, nobody's considered that there's an Archangel behind the entire 
thing?  Just because Michael doesn't *lie* doesn't mean he's bad at 
*propoganda*.  And if the management has been handed off to one of 
Heaven's current leading experts on theology (and thus the problem of 
evil, which the various Rebels all generally answer with a "huh, good 
point"), well, consider the origin of the "Sacred Heart" imagery...
