So, what does it say about me that my impression of the Angel of Rainbows
suddenly shifts, after seeing this list, so that I'm now thinking that she
is an extremely bitter old angel who can still summon up a rainbow, but has
just grown cynical over the years as her Superiors Fell, Died, Vanished, or
went rogue.

And yeah, I can see her as a much older angel than Novalis, possibly even a
mentor for Novy when the Archangel got her very first flowerbed.  Now
Novalis taking her into her service is almost a favor done for an old
friend, a depressed, down on her luck old friend that can't catch a break
and has had the shiny cheery optimism beaten out of her over the past 20,000
years.
