For my own part, I'm explaining Oannes' potential rebirth as a direct
consequence of Divine Intervention as a result of a) some of Oannes'
Word Forces scattering to the fateful well in Samaria, b) a certain
carpenter's son stopping there for a drink, and c) John 4:10: Jesus
answered her, 'You do not know the gift of God. You do not know who
asks you for water. If you did, you could ask me. I would give you
living water'. That was my inspiration, at any rate. Where it goes
from there is still to be determined....
