I was wondering how the celestials of Ice would react to this. By the way, are there full write-ups of Qerach and Nedsrila out there? A google search revealed no fully-statted celestials.

I'm definitely snagging the whole "Waters Will Rise" plot for use in my game. Now to decide if it's a campaign within the campaign, a follow-up campaign or a background thread to the story. ...Or all of the above.
