They do have one more quality, to judge from the evidence given: They 
are evasive.  At least, they do have that one hop in them.

Oh, and there are the collectible cards that come with them.  If the 
frog itself is good for invoking Haagenti, the card might be good for 
invoking Mammon, or whoever is pictured on it.
