Really liked it...

Couple quick comments. Even having shattered his heart, he isn't "the
new angel" until he redeems, and he is still "Prince of the Media"
similarly.

Given this explanation for what Eli was doing, and everything else going
on at the same time, my guess for what happens immediately after...

Eli peels off an Instantiation and shows up in Dominic's outer office,
walks in, gives the *short* explanation of what's going on, promises to
present himself for trial at an appropriate time (determined by the
Seraphim Council(?)) and tells Dominic he intends to fully reassume his
duties on all three planes as AA of Creation. Given that in this
scenario, Dominic seems to be playing things pretty straight, I think
that should be good enough for him. Now the question of when to have
Nybbas attempt to redeem is unclear.
