IN> Some misc questions(Kyrios, Ofanim, Song of Shields,
and stunning)...

Now that I'm running In Nomine again, some questions have floated up
into my head. I've done the basics of going through the FAQ and
errata...I figured I'd just fire off a bunch of questions in one post,
and hopefully folks might have handy answers to tote out. If any of
my questions turn out to be more complicated, feel free to spin off
into a separate thread of discussion if required. :)
The Kyriotate Dissonance condition - does it just requires you not
leave your host *physically* harmed? Can you put him in a death trap
and then leave without Dissonance so long as he hasn't been killed
yet? What about killing someone *else* with your host, and leaving
the poor sucker to take a murder wrap for a killing he committed while
possessed? Thus far I've ruled that such things also cause
Dissonance...am I being too harsh?
For the Kyrio Resonance...does the person resisting have to match the
Kyrio's check digit on his Will roll? Or just make the Will roll
period, regardless of check digit?
While I'm on Kyriotates...Kyriotates of Destiny. Wow, man. I mean,
normally there is a worry about Kyriotates dominating things(pretty
much any problem that doesn't involve active supernatural blockers,
and many that do, can be solved by chain possessing your way up to
someone in a position of authority and making things happen how you
wish). But the skills and memories thing seems to push that even more
over the top. Now, I haven't heard other players complaining about
being sidelined yet(although Kelly can perhaps render a better opinion
on this, seeing as he is one of my players :) ), but it definitely
seems very possible as our Kyrio of Destiny gets his bearings and
learns how to best exploit his Attunement. Am I wrong to be worried
about this? Is there something I'm missing? Or is the idea that the
advantage will become less meaningful as you go up against other
Celestial opposition?
For the Ofanite Resonance... It says that they use their Resonance in
the "Supernatural Actions" phase of Advanced Combat, and then they can
still take whatever normal physical action they want. Does their
Resonance have to be used on something that takes an action, or can it
be a skill roll that happens reflexively(ie: Dodge)? Can it affect
multiple skill rolls a round? If so, do you roll multiple times, or
just roll once and apply the check digit across all the skill
rolls(again, most likely scenario is dodging multiple attacks in a
round)? Can you both activate your Resonance, and take a second
supernatural action(ie: Activate my Resonance, perform a Song, and
then dodge a couple of attacks with my resonance-enhanced Dodge)?
Does using your Resonance in general count as your action when doing
it in combat, barring the ones that specify otherwise?
Corporeal Song of Shields - it prevents you from attacking out as well
as attacks coming in, right? What about non-attack physical actions -
picking something up, manipulating an object, using a Song that needs
to be used at touch? Can those things be done to you in turn, so long
as they don't do any damage(for instance, grabbing an item away from
you)?
Can you Dodge while stunned?
I'm sure I have more questions, but that is it for the moment. :) I
had forgotten how much fun it is to run In Nomine...but also how many
of the little pieces confuse me. Thanks guys! :)
