I thought I read somewhere (may have been here on the list), that the do
gain access to the ability to use their resonances (to some degree) on
recorded media with a penalty (Like Seraphim, Elohim and Mercurians). My
guess is that would be out of the APG if anywhere...

Well sometimes even in English two word titles don't necessarily mean
that either half is true. A Lieutenant Governor is neither a Lieutenant
(in the military ranking concept) or the Governor. A Sergeant Major
isn't a Major (The Major is the adjective there, one Sergeant Major plus
one Sergeant Major equals two Sergeants Major).

(The ranking system used to make sense before some additions. Generals
lead armies, Colonels lead (more or less) regiments, and Captains lead
companies. All three had their Lieutenants and their Sergeants Major:
Thus General -> Lieutenant General -> [Sargeant] Major General ->
Colonel -> Lieutenant Colonel -> [Sergeant] Major [Colonel] -> Captain
-> Lieutenant -> Sargeant Major. This has gotten somewhat bent out of
shape, but the principle remains in most European (and derived)
militaries)
