Except the Bright Lilim section in the Core book says the exact
opposite. It says Lilim do not redeem into any choir... Now, I know that
Bright Lilim are treated as a choir for most purposes on this list, but
I wonder whether that statement in the Lilim section was intended to
significantly limit the Bright Lilim in ways like this.

I'll check at home tonight for the exact phrasing if no one throws it
into the thread previously.
