IN> Master of Divine Knowledge - Bright Lilim?

The fact that the core book describes Lilim as not being able to redeem
into an Angelic Choir, does that mean by the way that Master of Divine
Knowledge is phrased as receiving Res & Dis of "another choir" that
Bright Lilim is not available? Does it also mean that Bright Lilim can
not get Master of Divine Knowledge at all, since they wouldn't getting
Res & Dis of "another choir" since they aren't in a choir?

I've always thought that Bright Lilim were treated as a normal choir
which the caveat that the Archangels aren't able to create them...
