At the moment, there is no answer we're willing to give.

There is a "canonical" answer, at least in the sense that I won't let
pass any canon that denies that answer.

I don't know if the answer -- originally slated to be in a Cycle, and
then downgraded to an adventure -- will ever get published.

Even if it does, it'd have a note that it was... Loose canon? Heh. 
That GMs should feel even more free to ignore it than usual, if it 
does not fit in their games.
