Hmm. Anything that puts Asmodeus in stitches is something that Kobal can
*not* ignore. However given that in this situation, that Saminga has
apparently done something that has put all of Shal-mari as at least
hostile to Saminga (I think Kobal in the main book considers himself
Associated with Saminga), Kobal apparently is taking notice.

While getting Asmodeus to laugh may not in and of itself represent the
ultimate Joke, some of the rest of this situation, OTOH,...
