The main point to remember for all these questions is that your Force 
pool is like a puddle of water or a bank account, not a pile of rocks.  
As long as you have one Ethereal Force, you have all or most of your 
memories.  As long as you have one Celestial Force, you have a soul.  
If your Celestial Forces get ripped (or carefully unzipped) apart into 
two groups, you don't have two souls; one of the groups keeps your soul 
and the other is a group of one or more loose Celestial Forces.  The 
exception is if the group of Forces holding your soul get mashed enough 
to destroy the configuration, i.e. you take enough Soul Hits that you 
die.

If both of the Impudites had a single Celestial Force, and Vapula 
transplanted them, then depending on how carefully he he was handling 
it the Impudite's souls might survive being transplanted from one set 
of Ethereal and Corporeal Forces into another.  Vapula could also 
remove a single Celestial Force from a multi-CelForce Impudite with 
that Force being the Impudite in question.  (Left behind would be a 
new, 4/4/3 Force being with a different identity.)  Transplanting that 
0/0/1 Force being into another being with 4 Celestial Forces, one or 
both of the original beings would be destroyed (probably at Vapula's 
choice) and the result, one way or another, would be a being with 5 
Celestial Forces.

However, in the scenario described, if Vapula simply removes Forces 
from Bob and Bill as loose Forces, Bob and Bill have mostly just had 
some organ transplants performed -- kidneys, skin grafts, etc.  Neither 
is a new or damaged entity, save for any careless scarring on Vapula's 
part.  If Vapula at any point removes a Celestial Force and squeeze's 
Bob's soul into that one, creating a 4/4/3 new entity to be left behind 
and rendering Bob a 0/0/1 Impudite -- as if transplanting the brain and 
leaving most of the body behind -- Diana's in trouble... and if Vapula 
implants that into Bill to create a 4/4/5 being, squeezing their 
"brains" together, then most likely Bob is toast and Diana is 
dissonant, though it's possible that with an assist from Vapula Bill is 
toast, Diana is fine, and Bob is now a 4/4/5 Impudite.  Or there could 
be an entirely new Impudite there, and Diana is dissonant.

Summary: when you obtain a new Force, it merges into your pool.  Vapula 
can make four back-and forth Corporeal Force transfers, but he can't 
"transfer each Corporeal Force one by one."  There's no "one" anymore 
after they get together.
