Yeah. Yours works as well. :) And yours implies less risk for Michael.
Though in both cases, Michael was telling the Truth. Though I can't see
Litheroy doing something like that. Dominic maybe/maybe not depending on
how you play him. 

Also, does anyone else picture Michael taking an inhale on a Cigar
between the "Oh, by the way..." and "Nice Soldier[...]"
