Agreed that part of War is messing with the enemy's head, but the 
[Gunfire and screams start to come from the phone], to me indicated that
something bad involving gunfire was happening on the other end of the
line, which given the previous comment, probably indicated a Domination
of War had taken over the body of a Soldier of Technology and was
shooting the demon who was making the phone call (as well as other
things in the area probably)
