IN> A Matter Of Judgment

I've never been completely comfortable with the idea that memories
were tied up with Ethereal Forces. If you donate an EthForce, does the
memory loss still apply?
"Yay, we made a baby angel!"
"... have we met?"
Okay, with AAs running the show, you probably won't see THAT -- but
there's still a lot of other things to lose.
For that matter, if you get 'em knocked off during an unfortunate
caper, just how much can Judgment do about it? You might get relieved
of duties or disbanded (which is a really, really permanent variant of
the former), but how much punishment can they inflict if you don't
remember what you did? Or remember what you did, but not why? For that
matter, how can you repent for something you can't remember? (We
probably don't need to discuss the Game's stance on amnesia-based
amnesty.)
And humans -- can you end up in walking through Hell's Gates for
something you do not possess the capacity of remembering? You aren't
guaranteed it's celestial interference; it's unlikely, but there *are*
ways (notably via Lucid Dreaming) that a mortal could end up taking
Soul Hits.
