Listening to Santana...

There is a white sorcerous ritual that is only whispered of in Heaven.
Created by a Cherub of Love who transferred to Yves after the Fall and
who hasn't been seen since.

Soul Tie

Soul Tie requires a Sorcerer with Focus/6 and two people who would be
willing to put their lives at risk to save the other. The Sorcerer may
be one of those people.

The effect of Soul Tie is that after death, the two souls can *not* go
to different realm and can *not* disband. If both souls would go to the
same place (Heaven, Hell, or an Ethereal Realm), it happens as normal,
otherwise both will be reincarnated.

Both of the people Soul Tied to each other *must* understand what the
ritual does and neither may be under the effects of any Songs or
attunements that would interfere with their free will.

People reincarnated because of Soul Tie will be reincarnated within 5
years of each other and within 50 miles of each other. They will have a
+3 to reaction rolls to each other.

Any roll for Fated Future or Divine Destiny with a CD of 5 will reveal
that there is a Soul Tie, a CD of 6 will give information on who the
Soul Tie is with.

The Soul Tie can be broken if one of those Soul Tied kills the other,
but are +6 to any will roll to resist songs and attunement toward that
end.

Note: An additional Soul Tie must be performed in each lifetime to keep
the souls tied together.

Note: The fact that the souls can not disband means that people Soul
Tied can not be turned into Undead.

Superior Opinions:
Andrealphus, Kronos and Saminga are all willing to expend resources to
suppress knowledge of this skill. This is normally done by funneling
those resources to Hatiphas who has the most knowledge dealing with
this.

David likes the idea of people being willing to support each other in
this way, but thinks there are other more appropriate ways to do so.

Yves has not expressed a coherent opinion on the issue, which most of
his servitors have interpreted as at least mild support.
