This is also a very bad type of campaign to LARP. :)

Hmm. If we want a reason why Superiors don't have long term roles on
earth, consider the following

For a slightly alternate game, where the less powerful might have better
luck, add the following rule.

All Celestials on the corporeal plane, when receiving essence, take one
soul hit for each force they have greater than that necessary to fledge.
So a 12 force angel takes 3 soul hits and a 12 force demon takes 5 soul
hits. If the Celestial is in an aligned tether (angel in an angelic
tether, demon in a demonic tether) at that moment, the soul hits are
halved (rounded down).

This does not affect Grigori or Fallen Grigori. (Part of the reason that
Grigori made up such a large percentage of the Angels sent to the
corporeal plane). 

Superiors take even more soul hits (100) than their servitors with two
exceptions: Lilith, who is still a corporeal even as a Demon Princess
and Eli, who everyone is trying to figure out exactly how he is avoiding
it.(possible answer, he is taking it in mind hits or something even more
creative)
