really count until *he* said they counted, and don't you forget
it! And now some more Topo Gigio.

In some countries, he is the People's Minister of Culture, or the
Minister's assistant who actually makes the censorship decisions.
Imagine the same buzzcut and the same glasses, but in a Mao suit,
and an earnest frown rather than a manic grin.
