Summonable.

Every now and again, Kobal will create a few hundred
of these, and grant ownership of them to his
underlings. Not possession, of course - the pin is in
a grenade, in a munitions factory somewhere.

Pranksters receive these with some trepidation - the
grenade could be *anywhere*! The Congo, the Pentagon,
a sunken supply ship; and they need to get close
enough to ensure that the resulting explosion will
actually be *funny*. And if it's a safe location,
it'll probably be too boring to explode it there. All
in all, the Prankster has a job cut out for him. And
The Media wants to film it all.

Saminga loves these pins; Belial makes them for
phosphorus and thermite grenades. Baal sees the
military potential; and so on. Almost any demon can
end up with one of these.

One way or another.
