Other question is whether there _are_ Word-bound angels who'd be in 
such conflict with the demons in question. That's likely up to a GM, 
but the most powerful Word-bound demons with those Words might have
more trouble maintaining their position if they were in Word-conflict
all the time.

Which, naturally, means that their enemies would seek to manipulate the
Seraphim Council itself into giving an angel the same Word as the target,
yes?
