She hasn't argued. But then, she wouldn't, would she. Would you? 

There is a whole set of theories along the lines of her being awarded 
the word by God, either for walking out of the Eden Experiment - which 
may, after all, have been the whole idea - or for letting the demons out 
of Hell. Or gaining it by some unknown means. And it's possible that she 
was something special, as a human directly created by God, that allowed 
her to have a Word. But Adam and Eve are long dead, so no tests are 
possible. 

Nobody really knows, except maybe Yves. And one suspects that the 
questions he was asked at the time may have drawn some limit on the 
scope of what he knows or doesn't. But not even Michael can always tell 
what shade of truth Yves is telling. 

The really nilhistic version is that the angels all missed the point of 
the Eden Experiment, the rebellion was thus born of misunderstanding, 
and it's all a colossal screw-up. Nobody pushes this theory very hard, 
but it has to be considered.
