Just to clarify: just because a given animal isn't human, that doesn't
mean that it lacks Ethereal Forces.  It also doesn't mean that it
_has_ Ethereal Forces, although it has pretty much been confirmed that
animals with Ethereal Forces exist.

Bear in mind that if an animal lacks Ethereal Forces, odds are pretty
good that it doesn't go to the Marches when it sleeps, putting it
entirely outside of Beleth's influence.

I'm very doubtful that an animal could end up in Hell due to the
acquisition of Discord.  Discord doesn't damn _humans_, and animals
are even less prone to being damned than humans are.

Also, I have a suspicion that "racial Domains" aren't really Domains
at all; rather, they're communal Dreamscapes.  For the most part, this
is a difference without distinction - except that there _are_ a
handful of minor distinctions.  Domains cannot be merged with
Dreamscapes, IIRC.
