Do you mean Cherub of Jean?  Kyrios don't have attuned, they possess 
people.  Either way, an angel wisting after an undead -- who has no 
hope of any afterlife, much less one in Heaven after they've had 
dealings most likely with Saminga and at the very least with the 
darkest of Sorcerers -- is headed for deep tragedy.  Even if the undead 
in question has completely seen the error of his ways (he had to 
*willingly* undergo the transformation, unless he was forced into a 
Coffin of Undeath, which is a concept I don't use in my games), he's 
still doomed, as far as anyone knows.

It's possible for a Kyrio to hang around and protect one person, if 
they should so choose, yes.  "Multiplicity" is not a facet of their 
character given much development in their dissonance conditions.

Speak of the Cherub's attuning to his attuned, and try to avoid 
mentioning a Cherub attunement, though it shouldn't be too big a deal.
