Well, that sort of change makes sense to be because Demons (even Lilim) 
don't have a connection with the Pure symphony and thus can only get 
information from the Human themselves. (I don't think Lilim of Fate get an 
attument that gives them Symphony info)

Bright Lilim can get information from the Symphony and that is probably
what the person Needs to get closer to their Destiny. Now that exact tie
is probably only available to BL of Destiny, but a more general "what
would draw one's soul closer to a good result".
