Stopping him is certainly easier in the short term than Janus or 
Gabriel. In the longer term, with the kind of prison that requires 
ingenuity and lateral thinking to escape from ... I don't reckon anyone 
could keep him. Whereas if you can confine an Offanite AA at all, you've 
got a chance of hanging onto them.
