Unfortunately, were he to become the Demon of Medicine, there are a
couple of issues. First, that his feud with Fluerity's demons would
ratchet up a few levels. (Unless he were to become a servitor of
Fluerity, of course.)
Second, that the other natural place for the Demon of Medicine would be
in Technology and Vapula doesn't take Calabim.

Also, while the Angel of Antibiotics probably has about the same power
as Flaef and may not necessarily feel much word friction, the Angel of
Medicine is up at least one "weight class" and has probably had her word
since humans were drilling holes in other human's heads as part of
medical procedures.
