In fact if what the Angel is doing can reasonably be defined using the
word "sneak" then it probably isn't a good idea of Rev angels. That is
what the Wind, Trade, and possibly War, Creation and Lightning are for.  
*Maybe* it works for a Rev angel if the ultimate purpose of sneaking into 
the stadium is to reveal proof of something. For example, if the only way 
to prove to people that John Politician has been cheating on his wife is 
to get the television cameras in the stadium to show John and his lover 
kissing...
