I'd also say that it's a really good lesson to Shepherds about 
considering the consequences of an intervention: one thing often leads 
to another you didn't anticipate.  This guy is really, *really* good at 
tying up loose ends.

Anyway, like Moe says, Les Temoins *meddle* plenty.  They've just got 
to be subtle about it.  He didn't interfere with any human free will, 
he didn't make a show of celestial powers, he basically just used a 
Song of Ethereal Motion with really fine control.  Well.  And a 
time-travel artifact that lets him try again.  (So was Sam, 
quantum-leaping around, suffering an out-of-control Synchronicity that 
operated in time rather than space?)

Hmm... *watches again*... looks like he might have healed the old lady 
(at least briefly), but not sure.  If he made the young couple fall in 
love, that's a definite no-no, but he might have just provided some 
mood music.  And I think the little girl may be Symphonically Aware, 
she seems to have noticed him...

...but assuming he didn't force the romance, A+ work.

And in non-In Nomine terms, a really cool short film.  :^)
