Erm.  God is omnipresent.  Now, I don't think that's spelled out 
anywhere in In Nomine canon, but His omniscience is, in the main book, 
in the throwaway line about "God has a lot on His mind. (By definition, 
He has *everything* on His mind.)"  And Heaven, at least, seems to have 
a thoroughly orthodox view of the usual theological list of omni's, 
which would include omnipresence.  so of *course* He's on the 
Corporeal.  And the Ethereal.  And the Celestial.  It's just that His 
presence can't be apprehended on any of those planes, normally.
