IMHO, any angel that works directly for God would only be able to
invoke his Superior on a Divine Intervention; in addition, you'd need
to answer the question of where God keeps the angel's Heart.  If God
didn't mention to any of the Superiors that the angel is working for
Him, he would most likely be mistaken for an Outcast.
